This comfortable fellow is the guardian of Banana Island
which lies in the middle of the Nile near Luxor. The banana trees
produce small sweet fruit with a hint of lemon.

Robert talking to Barbara Adams at the pre-dynastic Egyptian
site of Hierakonpoulis where she excavateded for more than
twenty years. Barbara died in 2005.

These two chaps were at the entrance to one of the Egyptian
Temples and laughing because we had told them that the
man with them was called Temple.

Robert and Michael Baigent glued to the walls of an ancient
Egyptian Temple – Michael’s step-daughter Emma is
